All deposits are processed in real time during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience processing delays of up to 2 hours. uno138 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All payment methods used to fund your uno138 account must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you are using a payment method registered to another individual, your account will be suspended, and the deposit will be returned to the source (minus any applicable processing fees). This rule is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, provided your account is in good standing and you have met all bonus wagering requirements (if applicable). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If that method is unavailable, we may request an alternative verified withdrawal destination.
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50.000.000. Higher limits may be available for VIP members. There is no limit on the number of withdrawals per day, but each withdrawal is subject to the above per-transaction limits.
Verified accounts: withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Unverified accounts or first-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for manual review. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Before any withdrawal can be approved, you must have wagered at least 1x (one times) the total amount of your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all players. Bonus funds are subject to their own specific wagering requirements as outlined in the bonus terms.

All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming the wager. uno138 is not responsible for errors made by you when placing bets, including incorrect selections, stake amounts, or bet types.
uno138 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, without explanation. Bets placed on obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided. If a market is suspended, bets placed after the suspension may be voided.
All sports bets are settled based on official results provided by the relevant sports governing body or league. In the event of a postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to our specific sports betting rules. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical game equipment (cards, dice, wheels) as operated by the dealer and verified by game software.
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah). Winnings exceeding this amount will be paid at the maximum limit. VIP members may have higher limits — contact our support team for details.

Accounts with no login activity or placed bets for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. uno138 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
